1994 Start of Business

Started Business in Dubai with a trading shop in Bur Dubai at Al Nahda Street-Off Khalid Bin Walid Street, as a Sole Establishment Company under the name of QLine Electronics Est. Dealing mainly in Office Automation products Xerox, Sharp, Canon, Minolta Photocopiers, Supplies Desktop Computers, Monitors, and Accessories and Computer Peripherals.

1996 Growth

Export market was growing, grabbed opportunity to expand our trading activities & region and changed the company status from Sole Establishment to LLC Co , we opened the First branch in Gargash Centre , Nasar Square, Deira centrally located in the main hub for wholesale market catering to clients coming from neighboring GCC , Africa & CIS countries.

1997 Expansion

After opening the branch in Deira to handle the Export clients we got tremendous exposure to international markets , became one of the leading trading company dealing in all major IT brands like HP, Acer, Epson, Canon, Dell Toshiba to name few …and we moved on the main computer street in Bur Dubai to compete with local market and to supply in corporate sector we Opened 2nd branch in the centre Khalid Bin Al Walid Street dealing in Office Supplies, Printers, Copiers, Toners and Cartridges with local channel and end-users. During this period we were appointed one of the HP CANON Business partner for UAE. During this period we diversified in to Security Systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Anti shop Lifting & Intruder Alarm Systems and successfully completed some CCTV projects for Government Sector, Multinational & Jewellry Stores.

2008

With the Kind support of the local and International markets we expanded our operations by opening 3rd Branch on the main computer market at Khalid Bin Walid Road (wholesale and retail store) catering to channel, resellers, traders and overseas buyers with our excellent multilingual and knowledgeable team, it’s one of the largest store on Khalid bin Walid Road which is a prime area for business in IT trade for Retail, Wholesale & Exports. We increased our presence in the overseas market (EAST /WEST & CENTRAL AFRICA) through our Exports in joint ventures with local partners in the said region, had a steep increase in our sales and revenue growth we were rewarded with several achievement awards from HP/ EPSON/ CANON / SAMSUNG / LG & ACER as the leading trading and export company in UAE.

During the same period we opened a dedicated store for Security Products dealing in complete line of CCTV System, Access Control, EAS Gates, Intruder Alarm Systems and became one of the recognized and registered installer of Security Devices and Equipment by Dubai Police Department of Protective System to Install and maintain the systems, we have a very strong presence in this line of business with sales and after sales support team of technicians trained and certified by Dubai Police Academy .

As a result of our commitment to excellence in sales with our multilingual customer support team we and loyalty towards the leading brands we are Preferred Partners for HP (GOLD), Direct Partner Dell, Business Partner Canon ,Samsung Business Partners , Epson Partners , Lenovo Authorized Partners. We are distributors and business partners for major Security System products, Topica, Fingertec, Texecom for Middle East and Africa.

Present
